What the report tells you

One page, produced in about four seconds from a public profile. Four blocks, in this order, because that is the order the answers matter in.

01

The gap, in matches

How much ELO to your next level, and how many matches that is at a 55%, 57% and 60% win rate. If a win rate cannot close it, the report says so rather than quoting a number.

02

Your leaks, ranked by cost

Not a list of everything that could be improved — an ordered list, worst first, because a player with limited attention should fix one thing. Each card carries the measurement, the median for your level, and a target number.

03

What your sessions are doing

Your recent matches grouped into sittings, with the ones that ran long and ended negative flagged, plus every time you queued again after two straight losses. Most stalled accounts lose ELO in evenings, not in games.

04

A pick/ban sheet

Every map you play with its win rate and a verdict — pick, keep, ban — with maps that have left the Active Duty pool marked dead instead of averaged in, and maps with too few matches marked unjudged instead of guessed at.

Read one before you run one

Six real FACEIT accounts, anonymised, each diagnosed in full with the reasoning written out — why the engine ranked the findings the way it did and what the player should actually change. They are the fastest way to see whether this is worth your four seconds.

What "typical for your level" actually means

Every comparison in a report is against a measured median, not against a number somebody decided sounded right. We sampled 435 public FACEIT profiles — roughly 40 at each level, all with 100+ matches — and took the median ADR, K/D, headshot percentage, utility damage, entry rate, entry success and 1v1 clutch rate for each.

Two findings from that data changed the product. Entry rate is flat at about 19–20% at every level, so "you take too much first contact" flags everybody and means nothing; entry success runs from 40% at Level 1 to 52% at Level 10, and that is the signal. And ADR — the most quoted stat in Counter-Strike — climbs 19.5 points between Level 1 and Level 6 and then only 1.4 points across the whole of Levels 6 to 10.

The full table, the method and the honest caveats are published on the baselines page. It is the only place this data exists.

What it cannot measure

Stating this is the difference between a diagnosis and a horoscope, so the reports carry it too rather than burying it here.

  • Economy

FACEIT publishes no per-round buy data, so nothing here can tell you whether your force-buys are bad. The buy rules ship as a rule and are labelled as one.

  • Which grenade

Non-flash utility is one number, so HE, molotovs and smokes are counted together. Damage per grenade is exact; the split between them is not something the data shows.

  • Peak ELO

Not exposed publicly. A first report shows no peak rather than inventing one, and starts tracking from that visit.

  • Per-match ELO

Session gains and losses are estimated at ±25 per match, which is the even-matchup value, not your actual result. The report labels them as estimates.

FAQ

Is it free?
The report is free and needs no account. Ads pay for it. A paid tier that tracks your stats over time is coming, and it adds history rather than taking anything away.
Do I need to link my account?
No. You type a FACEIT nickname — yours or anyone else’s — and that is the entire interaction. There is no sign-up, no OAuth, and no Steam connection. Nothing private is accessible and nothing is stored against you.
Where does the data come from?
The public FACEIT Data API: lifetime statistics, per-map segments, and recent match history. The same data FACEIT publishes on your profile page, read through their official API within its terms.
Why is it different from csstats.gg?
Those sites show you numbers. This one tells you which number is costing you ELO, what to change, and what the target is. The difference is a comparison: every stat is placed against the median for your level, so 74 ADR reads as a verdict rather than as a number.
What are the comparisons based on?
Medians measured from 435 public FACEIT profiles, roughly 40 per level, from players with 100+ matches. They are published in full — the table, the method and the caveats are all on the baselines page.
How many matches do I need?
Around 100 before the lifetime numbers describe you rather than a sample, and about 15 on a map before its win rate separates a good map from a good week. Below that the report still runs, and it labels what it could not judge.
Some stats are missing. Why?
Entry, clutch and utility numbers come from FACEIT’s extended stats. Accounts with very few matches, or profiles that return no extended block, have less of it. The report says what it could not measure instead of guessing.
Can I get my profile excluded?
Yes, and without argument. Email [email protected] and it is removed.
